We recognize the crucial role of Tribal Panchayat leaders in representing and advocating for their communities. Inbavanam is dedicated to empowering these leaders with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to effectively serve their people. We frequently conduct meetings with the formal and informal tribal leaders. Our advocacy focuses on strengthening local governance, promoting participatory decision-making, and ensuring that tribal leaders have a voice in policy and development processes.
We provide training on leadership, legal rights, and sustainable development practices, enabling tribal panchayat leaders to address the unique challenges faced by their communities and promote their well-being. Our field workers and volunteers conduct regular visits to tribal hamlets, engaging with Panchayat leaders and community members. They provide on-the-ground support, facilitate dialogue, and help leaders connect with relevant resources and government programs. These visits are essential for understanding local needs and building strong relationships with tribal communities.
